ST Maui

by | Aug 6, 2025 | Mango Cultivars

The ST Maui mango originated in Hawaii and was evaluated by the University of Hawaii’s research program. The “ST” in its name refers to someone’s initials, though the full name is not widely known. This rare variety is known for its rather small size but exceptionally sweet flavor, often described as having rich, guava-like notes. It is also notable for its fiberless flesh. An interesting fact about the ST Maui is its high Brix level (a measure of sweetness), reaching around 23.00, making it one of the sweetest mangoes.
