In Mangopedia tasting notes, Apricot measured 18.2 Brix on a follow-up test. The first reading was 17 Brix, but the fruit was very juicy and may have been diluted by excess juice/water, while 18.2 Brix matched the eating impression better. The fruit is small, very juicy, and has no fiber or only very little fiber.

The flavor was described as very good, with sweetness plus a medicinal/resinous character. The mango also had a strong resin smell, which may appeal to people who enjoy that resin note. Near the seed, a bite had some sourness that was pleasant rather than too tart or too sour.
